If you can, type DCTMAIN on the command line and then type SETVAR enu and hit enter. If that doesn’t work, I’m not sure what could be the problem. I’ve never ran in to this type of error. Which version are you running anyways?
The language of the program is determined when it is installed. So to have it in english, you would need to reinstall. However, It may be the case that the software you have is a spanish version only, try contacting Autodesk.
I think I read somewhere that if you precede the english commands with an underscore ( _ ) it may work in non-engish versions of the program. Exp. _circle
import a setting file and autocad keeps the language of that file. of course you need a setting file in the language you want, but that is very easy to find.
